Eason to the media: "Do Not Accuse Me!"; ORBIS Event

Yesterday afternoon, as ORBIS' Sight Ambassador, Eason Chan took a tour of ORBIS' Vision Plane, where he met with two patients and conversed with them. Earlier, reports surfaced that Eason rejected to be a guest performer at Sam Hui's concert in order to be a guest at Jay Chou's concert. Eason was asked regarding these reports, at the ORBIS event, where he replied, "I know how you (the media) work, I know you like to stir up rumors, but fact is, Sam Hui and Jay Chou's concerts are held on different days. I am certain I cannot make it to Sam Hui's concert because there is a conflict in schedule, as for Jay Chou's concert, I cannot say right now. I do not want any misunderstandings of me helping one but not the other." He then reiterated, "Do not accuse me!"

Elsewhere, Eason expressed his interest in creating his own charitable foundation, saying about himself, "When you reach a certain age and have experienced many things in life, you get motivated by other things [other than money]. You can't spend it all anyway, so you should learn to earn and give back."
