Concert Ticket Pre-Sale Causes Phone Line Outage, Two Shows Added

Eason Chan's Moving On Stage 1 Concert was set for 6 concerts between October 26th - 31st. Seeing 80% of tickets already sold and with multiple sold-out dates, the sponsor decided to add 2 more shows on November 1st & 2nd, for a total of 8 shows.

Two days ago, fans were calling non-stop for pre-sale tickets to Eason's upcoming concert causing a phone line outage at the pre-sale tickets center. Half an hour later the phone lines were fully restored and staffing arrangements were made for overtime at the tickets center, which eventually concluded in the early morning. Eason was extremely happy when he found out shows were added before tickets officially went on sale, saying, "I don't know how to thank everybody for their support, maybe I'll take off my shirt at the concerts. I'm just joking, I'll do all that I can at the concerts in order for ticket holders to feel they got their money's worth."

Eason also expressed that he already pre-reserved 300,000 HKD worth of tickets for himself, but he already received hundreds of calls for tickets. He will need to immediately write a check and ask manager Katie Chan to reserve another 300,000 HKD worth of tickets so he won't be yelled at by friends and family like last time [when he didn't have enough tickets to his Get a Life Concert.]
