"Eason's Moving On Stage 2 - Taipei" Post-Concert News

Eason Chan's 2008 Moving On Stage World Tour kicked off on February 2, 2008 with the first stop in Taipei, Taiwan (Eason's Moving On Stage 2). To prepare for the expected rain Eason Chan and Co. prepared yellow rain gear for 18,000 fans. Eason had a cold going into the concert, but it did not matter as he gave it his all and performed through his cold and the falling rain. During the post-concert celebration, Eason assessed himself and gave the show a 70% rating due to his voice affected by his cold.

Celebrities who were in the audience included Jolin Tsai, Aska Yang, Jasmine Leong, Evonne Hsu, Sodagreen, etc. Wife and daughter, Hilary Tsui and Constance Chan, were in attendance, but whenever the audience in front of them stood up and blocked 3-year-old Constance's view she would cry and yell for them to sit down. Industry friends Leehom Wang and Jay Chou could not make it to the concert but sent flowers along with their wishes for a good show. David Tao also could not make the show, but instead of flowers he sent Eason a leopard print underwear wearing doll, which caused laughs throughout.

According to fans, Eason struggled with a couple of songs as he was coughing while singing, but he made it through each song and lasted the entire concert despite his cold.
