No new news in the past day or so.
Translations for the past 2 weeks' news are coming in the next day or 2.
As for whether there will be a forum or not...TBD...there are more than 25 readers of this blog, so I'm just assuming the other xxx number of readers, who didn't vote, don't care either way.
