The Olympic torch reached Hong Kong on May 2, 2008. Hong Kong held an opening ceremony of the torch relay in Hong Kong where artists performed in celebration. As torchbearer #113, Eason Chan received, carried and passed on the Olympic flame while wife Hilary Tsui, daughter Constance Chan and manager Katie Chan watched and supported from the side.
