Eason Chan held the 21st stop of his Moving On Stage World Tour at Taipei Arena (臺北巨蛋 aka 小巨蛋) on Friday May 29, 2009, the first of two shows and the second stop in Taipei. During his first stop in Taipei (February 2008), Eason performed in an open stadium during the rain, however, over 30,000 fans stayed to watch and Eason has since wanted to return to Taipei to perform in an indoor stadium to thank his fans.

Artists who could not attend the concert sent their well wishes via flower baskets, including Jay Chou, SHE, Mayday, Fish Leong, and Jolin Tsai. Artists who attended include Mavis Fan (范曉萱), Evonne Hsu (許慧欣), Christine Fan (范瑋琪), Harlem Yu (庾澄慶), Aisa @ Da Mouth (大嘴巴的愛紗), Yuming Lai (賴銘偉), Queen (魏如昀), Victor Wong (品冠), Crowd Lu (盧廣仲), Gabriel Lee (藍鈞天), Godfrey Gao (高以翔), Phil Chang (張宇), husband & wife Tao Ching Ying (陶晶瑩) & Li Li Ren (李李仁), Jessie Zhang (張本渝), veteran artist Lin Shu Rong (林淑榕) also made a rare public appearance, and others.
