The 20th Taiwan Golden Melody Awards Ceremony was held on June 27, 2009 at Taipei Arena in Taipei, Taiwan. Eason Chan, nominated in two categories, won in one category, as follows.

Note: Jacky Cheung and Jody Chiang presented the award for Best Mandarin Album. Jacky won the Favorite Song Award for the first 9 years of the Golden Melody Awards with 吻別 and Jody won the Favorite Song Award for the past 10 years of the Golden Melody Awards with 家后.
