The 2009 Metro Mandarin Music Awards were held Sunday, August 9, 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (香港會展中心). During the night A-Mei Chang sang Happy Birthday to all those artists whose astrological sign is Leo (July 23 - August 23), including herself whose birthday was that day, Zhou Bi Chang (July 26), Eason Chan (July 27), Show Luo (July 30), Wilber Pan (August 6). Eason won 5 awards that night, as follows.
