"Fifth Floor Happiness" Pre-order and Track List

Eason Chan's upcoming new Mandarin album Fifth Floor's Happiness (上五樓的快活) is expected to be released September 23, 2009. As mentioned earlier, a pre-order edition will come with Joy Note and rough cuts of the 11 (not 10) demos. The track list as follows.
