"2008 CASH Golden Sail Music Awards" - Results

The 2008 CASH Annual Dinner cum Golden Sail Music Awards Presentation was held on November 2, 2008 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The CASH Golden Sail Music Awards is the only music award nominated and voted by music professionals - CASH members who are composers, authors and music publishers. The aim of this award is to recognise the outstanding musical works and vocal performances. This year, the eligible works must be first commercially released in Hong Kong between September 1, 2007 and August 15, 2008

Along with the annual CASH Golden Sail Music Awards, the 2007 CASH Golden Sail Most Performed Works Awards were also given out the same night. The Most Performed Works Awards are presented to musical works with the highest number of performances in different media and performing venues during the previous year (January to December) as analysed by CASH's distribution system.
